B) Relative is the way to go. Anything else and you might as well just give your users a magnifying glass to view the dashboard on their phones.

I'm going with B) Relative. It's the only option that really makes sense for a mobile-friendly dashboard. Unless, of course, you're feeling adventurous and want to try out the 'Teleport' layout option.
