Okay, I think I've got a good handle on this. The program manager identified a problem, found a solution, and now needs to share that knowledge. Updating the lessons learned database seems like the best way to capture that information for future reference.
I practiced questions about standard views, and I feel like the Site Plan is often included, but now I'm second-guessing if it really is in the default template.
