I'm a little confused on this one. I know Ethernet is a data link layer technology, but I'm not sure if the switches themselves operate at that layer or a different one in the OSI model. I'll have to review my notes before answering.
The data link layer makes the most sense to me. Ethernet switches are responsible for forwarding frames between devices on a local network, which is a data link layer function. I'll confidently select B.
