A Huawei OceanStor 9000 is externally shared using NFS and CIFS at the moment.
You want to set some parameters to improve the performance of the NFS mounted under the Linux operating system. Which of the following description is correct?
I’m leaning towards option D with nolock. I remember it being useful for reducing overhead, but I’m not completely confident about its implications for file sharing.
I feel like I’ve seen noatime mentioned in practice questions before. It definitely helps with performance by reducing unnecessary writes, but I’m not clear on the exact benefits.
The nolock option in D is interesting, but I'm not sure I fully understand the implications of disabling file locking. Might be worth researching that one a bit more.
Hmm, I'm a bit confused about the async and sync write options. Does option B really mean we should disable synchronous writes? That seems risky to me.
I think option A is the correct answer. Adjusting the rsize and wsize to the maximum value of 1M for a Linux environment seems like a good way to improve NFS performance.
