I'm going to have to go with 'lack of aqtiude' as the correct answer. I mean, who doesn't love a good typo, am I right? That's the kind of thing that would really impact the effectiveness of the training.

Lack of reinforcement is the way to go here. If there's no support or encouragement to use the new skills, they'll just end up gathering dust.

Hmm, I'm not sure about this one. Fear of change could definitely hinder the transfer of training, as people might be reluctant to step out of their comfort zones.

Pressure among colleagues not to perform new skills seems like the most relevant answer to me. The influence of the work environment can be a huge barrier to applying new knowledge and skills.

I think the lack of aptitude is the most obvious factor that would impact the effectiveness of the transfer of training. It's essential that learners have the necessary skills and abilities to apply what they've learned.

I believe fear of change could also be a factor. It might prevent employees from fully embracing the new training.
