Ah, I remember learning about this in class. The beacon frame is the one that contains the SSID and BSSID information, allowing clients to discover and connect to the network. I'm confident C is the right answer here.
The SSID-BSSID mapping is a key piece of information in Wi-Fi networks, so it makes sense that one of the frame types would be responsible for announcing it. I'm leaning towards C, but I'll double-check my notes to be sure.
