C is the correct answer, obviously. If you don't keep your campaigns in the same account, Google Ads will think you've won the lottery every time someone converts. Not a good look, my dude.
D sounds tempting, but I'm not sure if the Video campaign will automatically use assets from the other campaigns. I'd go with C to be on the safe side.
I think C is the right answer. Keeping the campaigns in the same account prevents double-counting of conversions, which is crucial for accurate performance tracking.
