I'm not entirely sure about this one. I'll have to review my notes on project scheduling to make sure I understand the difference between milestones, critical paths, and resources.
No problem, I've dealt with this kind of thing before. The main things to consider are the performance hit and making sure the necessary setup is in place. Shouldn't be too tricky.
I've got a good feeling about this one. The Incident Task table and the Change Request table seem like they would be closely tied to the task table, so I'll select those. I'll also choose the Requested Item table, since that's probably related to tasks as well.
C is definitely wrong. Once a schedule is published, it's not like it's set in stone. We need to be able to make changes as things come up. A and B sound right to me.
I agree with A and B, but I'm not sure about C and D. Surely we should be able to change a published schedule if needed, and removing multiple schedule items at once would be a useful feature.
A and B seem correct to me. Meeting schedulers can definitely be used after a schedule is published, and it's possible to create a schedule without a published forecast.
