I thought end-to-end measurements were more about the entire service lifecycle, so maybe option D about SLA targets is relevant, but I'm not completely confident.

I feel like option C, the percentage of service downtime related to failed changes, might be a good example since it reflects the impact on the service as a whole.

I remember discussing service availability in class, but I'm not sure if average availability is considered end-to-end. Could it be option A?

I think end-to-end service measurement is about the overall user experience, so maybe it's related to option B, the call pickup time?

Hmm, this is a tricky one. I'll have to really focus and make sure I understand the differences between LLPs and other business structures.

Hmm, I'm a bit confused here. Should we really be implementing a checkpoint in the middle of the iteration? That seems like it could slow things down even more. I think the retrospective idea makes more sense.

I think the answer is B. If the students couldn't miss class often, a multiple probe design would work better than a multiple baseline where you need continuous data collection.

Hmm, I'm a bit unsure about this one. Identifying assumptions - is that about managing priorities, metrics, requirements, or risks? I'll have to think this through carefully.
