I thought end-to-end measurements were more about the entire service lifecycle, so maybe option D about SLA targets is relevant, but I'm not completely confident.
I feel like option C, the percentage of service downtime related to failed changes, might be a good example since it reflects the impact on the service as a whole.
Hmm, I'm a bit confused here. Should we really be implementing a checkpoint in the middle of the iteration? That seems like it could slow things down even more. I think the retrospective idea makes more sense.
I think the answer is B. If the students couldn't miss class often, a multiple probe design would work better than a multiple baseline where you need continuous data collection.
