A customer requests a report that summarizes functionality added and defects found and fixed, right at the end of a Sprint.Who may best prepare this report?
I'm a bit confused by this question. Shouldn't the report be prepared by whoever is responsible for tracking and reporting on the Sprint progress? I'm not sure if it's the Scrum Master, the Product Owner, or the entire team. I'll need to review the Scrum framework again to be confident in my answer.
I think the team as a whole should prepare this report. They have the most direct knowledge of the work done and the issues that were resolved during the Sprint. The Scrum Master or Product Owner could help coordinate, but the team should be the ones to provide the details.
Hmm, I'm not sure about this one. The Product Owner might also be a good option, since they are responsible for the product backlog and could provide insights on the functionality added. I'll have to think this through a bit more.
This seems like a straightforward question. The Scrum Master would be the best person to prepare this report, as they are responsible for tracking the team's progress and managing the Sprint.
