I think the PCCE Web Administration Manager was mentioned in a similar question, but I’m leaning towards Call Studio for this one.

I feel like the Configuration Manager might be related, but I can't recall if it's specifically for VXML.

I think VXML applications are built using Call Studio, but I’m not entirely sure if there are other tools involved.

Hmm, I'm a little unsure about this one. The question mentions a triage nurse and a physician assistant, so I'm not sure if that points to urgent care or emergency care. I'll have to think it through step-by-step.

From what I remember, PRINCE 2 emphasizes following a structured process, but I'm not sure if all six processes and sub-processes must be strictly followed in every case.

Hmm, this one seems pretty straightforward. I think the routing table is used to list the routes to different destinations, so I'll go with B and E.

This is a tricky one. I'll have to review the material on the Redundant Implementation pattern again before I can decide.

Haha, definitely not the Configuration Manager or the PCCE Web Administration Manager. Those are for Cisco contact center stuff, not VXML. I'll go with C, Call Studio.

Hmm, I'm not sure. It could be the Script Editor tool, but I'm not entirely confident about that. Gotta double-check the VXML documentation.
