Hold up, I think I've seen something like this before. Isn't there usually a 'ResumeApp.bat' file for starting up applications? That could be a good option.

Yeah, my guess is that it's probably one of the server management or deployment-related files. Maybe 'Status.bat' or 'Deploy.bat' could be the answer?
