Haha, good point Zack. Though I'm not sure setting the delay to 180 is the right move. Seems like that might be overkill. Maybe the 'power sync policy' is what we need?

Well, obviously the delay value needs to be set to 180 seconds, which is 3 minutes. Why else would they give us that detail?

Yeah, I agree. It's probably something with the power-restore-policy or the power restore last-state policy. I'd try those first.
