That's true, but C and E are not correct. NEC contracts are not commonly used in the IT and financial industries, and they do not use simple English in the present tense.
C is definitely true. The NEC contracts are popular in tech and finance sectors where flexibility is key. But I'm not sure about E - the language might not be as simple as that.
