Competitor benchmarking is the way to go. BCD needs to figure out how JKL is getting away with not having accredited tutors. Maybe they're using some kind of magic or voodoo to bamboozle their customers. Either way, BCD better start taking notes!

Competitor benchmarking is the obvious choice here. BCD needs to keep an eye on what the competition is doing, especially since JKL seems to be operating with a different set of rules. As they say, keep your friends close and your enemies closer!

I'd say strategic benchmarking is the best option. BCD should be looking at the universities' accredited programs, not just their competitors. Understanding the industry standards and what customers really want would be more valuable than just copying JKL.

Competitor benchmarking is the way to go. BCD needs to understand how JKL is able to operate without the same accreditation requirements. There might be some clever loopholes they're exploiting that BCD could learn from.

BCD definitely needs to do some competitor benchmarking here. Their main rival JKL seems to have a completely different approach to accreditation and course content. Comparing their practices could help BCD understand how to improve their own offerings.

But wouldn't Strategic benchmarking also be useful for BCD to align their long-term goals?
