The project manager has performed schedule network analysis, compressed the schedule, and completed a Monte Carlo analysis. What time management activity should be done NEXT?
I'm feeling a bit lost on this one. The terminology is throwing me off a bit. I'll need to review my notes on escalation paths before I can make a solid guess.
Isn't this a trick question? Physical access control seems like it could fit too, but I recall role-based access being more about permissions based on job roles.
I feel pretty confident about this one. The main reason everything should be stored in version control is that it prevents the introduction of unintended changes or "chaos" in the system. It provides a clear history and audit trail of all modifications, which is essential for maintaining a stable and reliable application.
This question is as clear as mud. I'm just going to go with the option that sounds the most 'project managery' - B) Recommend corrective actions. *shrugs*
I'm torn between B) and C). Estimating activity durations could help refine the schedule, but recommending corrective actions is probably the more important task at this stage. Decisions, decisions.
Hmm, this seems like a tricky one. I think I'll go with B) Recommend corrective actions - after all, that's what the project manager should do next to address any issues identified in the schedule analysis.
