Honestly, I'm just wondering what kind of reinforcer we're talking about here. Chocolate-covered broccoli, perhaps? That would be a real test of willpower.

A? Seriously? Delivering the reinforcer non-contingently? That's like giving a kid a cookie every time they walk by the jar. No way that's the right answer!

Nah, I'm gonna say C. Thinning the schedule of reinforcement is the key here. That way, the little guy becomes a real treat when it does show up.

I'm going with B. Reducing the magnitude of the reinforcer is the way to go. Who wants a giant reinforcer all the time? Gotta keep 'em wanting more!

I'm not sure, but I think delivering the reinforcer non-contingently could also be a good option.

Hmm, I think the answer is D. Temporarily removing the reinforcer is the best way to increase its value after satiation. Keeping it around but reducing it just doesn't seem as effective.
