I've got a hunch that the answer might be option C - the static assets were not generated yet when the grunt command ran. That would explain why the prefixes are missing, even though the command was added.

Based on the format shown in the image, I'd say the answer is nslookup. That tool gives you the DNS details in a similar layout.
