I'm feeling pretty confident about this one. The deployment environment is used for certain tasks like building media objects and packages, while the planner environment is used for others like configuring the installation plan and applying ESUs.
Hmm, I'm a bit unsure about this one. I'll need to think through the integration process and synchronization between the primary and secondary FMCs to determine the correct outcome.
The Reference Client is the Swiss Army knife of Avaya Aura Contact Center testing. It can do it all, from CTI to SIP, and probably even juggle phone calls while it's at it.
Hold on, why would I need the Reference Client to make phone calls? That's like using a screwdriver to hammer a nail. It's just not the right tool for the job.
Hmm, I'm not sure about making phone calls. That seems like something a regular user would do, not a testing tool. But transferring calls? Could be useful for simulating real-world scenarios.
The Reference Client is definitely for testing CTI connections. I mean, that's a no-brainer. And SIP connections too? Gotta make sure those are working properly.
