Parallel sprints? What is this, a time travel exercise? I think we need to focus on the availability and sharing settings to make sure the teams can collaborate effectively.

I think the two settings are application access of all team members and project permissions.

The filter looks good, but I'd also check the project permissions to make sure all team members can access the projects in the filter.
