Question #: 3
Topic #: 1

The UX team uses a custom issue type named Design in your team-managed project.

You want them to start entering the number of days spent and remaining on each of their issues.

What field must you add to the Design issue type?

Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: B

The Time tracking field is required to allow users to enter the number of days (or time) spent and the remaining estimate on issues. Adding this field to the Design issue type enables tracking of effort in terms of logged and remaining time.

Not sure if that's the only option, could be other fields too.

I don’t think it’s Date or Date Time Picker since those don’t really track time spent. Time tracking seems like the most logical choice here.

I’m a bit confused. Could it be Estimation Statistic? I feel like that might relate to time, but I’m not entirely sure.

I remember practicing a similar question, and I believe the correct answer is Time tracking. It makes sense for tracking days spent and remaining.

I think we need to add a field that tracks the time spent on tasks, but I'm not sure if it's called Time tracking or something else.

Time tracking seems like the obvious answer here. The question is specifically asking about a field to enter days spent and remaining, so that has to be the right choice.

I'm leaning towards Time tracking. That seems like the most logical choice to track the time spent and remaining on each Design issue.

Okay, let's see. The question is asking about a custom issue type called Design, and we need to add a field to allow the team to enter time spent and remaining. I think the best option is Estimation Statistic.

I personally prefer Estimation Statistic, as it provides a clear overview of the time estimates for each issue.

I think Date Time Picker could also work well for this purpose, as it allows for more detailed tracking of time.

I agree with Kina, Time tracking would be the most appropriate field to add for tracking the number of days spent and remaining.

Personally, I think C) Date is a bit too simple. We need more granular data to really understand how much time the UX team is spending on these issues.

E) Estimation Statistic? Really? That's just for estimating the effort, not actually tracking the time spent. B) Time tracking is the clear winner here.

Haha, definitely not A) Time stamp! That's just a single point in time, not the actual time spent on the issue. Time tracking is the way to go.

Hmm, I'm leaning towards D) Date Time Picker. That seems like the most comprehensive option to capture both the start and end dates for the task.
