B, all the way! If you're not dealing with multiple service inventories, you're not doing service-oriented architecture. Unless, of course, you're a service-oriented minimalist. In that case, D is your jam.
I'm going to have to go with B. Anything less than multiple service inventories is just not enough. It's like trying to bake a cake with one egg - not gonna happen!
