Which of the following forms may be submitted to the IRS in order to receive a written determination of a worker's status as an EE or independent contractor?
The answer is definitely Form SS-8. That's the form you use to request a determination of your employment status from the IRS. I'm confident about that one.
I'm a bit confused on this one. I know there are different forms for different tax purposes, but I'm not totally sure which one is used to determine worker status. I'll have to review my notes and try to figure this out.
I'm pretty sure the answer is Form SS-8, since that's the form used to determine worker status. But I'll double-check the other options just to be sure.
Okay, let me see here. Form W-5 is for the Earned Income Credit, so that's not it. Form SS-5 is for a Social Security number, not worker status. I think the answer has to be Form SS-8.
This seems like a straightforward question about creating a collaborative platform for users to submit and vote on suggestions. I'll carefully read through the options and think about which one best meets the requirement.
