Changing rate to 50 means the progress bar fills up way faster.

From what I practiced, I think the progress bar will still work, but it might just be slower than before. So, I guess option D could be correct.

I think if we change 'rate+=10' to 'rate+=50', the progress bar will fill up much faster, maybe even finish in just a couple of steps.
