Haha, 'URL Builder'? Sounds like they're trying to make this way more complicated than it needs to be. Obviously, it's C - right in the URL Tools section.

Nope, it's actually A. You have to use the URL Builder in the Landing Page Actions.

Wait, are we supposed to be modifying the URL? I thought Marketo handled all that behind the scenes. I'm going with option A just to be safe.

I think Marketo does handle a lot of it, but sometimes you need to customize the URL for tracking purposes.

I think option B is the way to go. Editing the URL settings directly on the landing page seems like the most intuitive approach.
