A UI/UX manager is concerned that a recent change in the design of a landing page may be confusing to visitors.

Which two variables would be used to evaluate the impact of the design change on site traffic to that landing page? (Choose two.)

Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: A, B

Bounce rate and time spent on page are two metrics that can indicate how engaging and user-friendly a landing page is. A high bounce rate means that visitors are leaving the site after viewing only one page, which may suggest that the page is not relevant or appealing to them. A low time spent on page means that visitors are not spending enough time to explore the content or take action on the page, which may also imply that the page is confusing or uninteresting.

This is a no-brainer - bounce rate and time spent on page. The classic metrics for evaluating user experience. What, did they run out of ideas for the answer choices or something?

Time spent on page and visitors, for sure. You want to see if the design is keeping people engaged and driving more traffic to the page.

I think C) Visitors and D) Entries could also be useful to see if the design change is attracting more people to the landing page.

I agree with Beata. Bounce Rate can show if visitors are leaving right away, and Time Spent on Page can indicate engagement.

Hmm, I'd go with bounce rate and visitors. Gives you a good sense of how many people are even seeing the page and whether they're sticking around.

Bounce rate and entries are the way to go. You need to know if people are actually landing on the page and how they're interacting with it.

Bounce rate and time spent on page are definitely the two variables I would use. Gotta keep an eye on those metrics to see if the design change is working.
