I practiced a similar question where the DTD defined elements, and I think if the processing instruction isn't in the DTD, it makes the document invalid.

Okay, I think I know the answer to this. The nz_physical_table_layout and nz_sort_order tools should be the right ones to determine the order of data in a table.
