Community involvement? Really? That's like the last thing I'd be worried about if I was sacrificing my personal life for work. What a joke of an answer option.
I'm surprised 'use of paid time off' isn't the correct answer. Employees need to be able to take time off to recharge and prioritize their personal life.
Definitely workplace flexibility. Giving employees the option to work from home or adjust their schedules can make a huge difference in work-life balance.
I think workplace flexibility is the key here. If an employee is sacrificing their personal life, they need more control over their schedule to better manage their responsibilities.
