Both companies can use the same Import Accounting Journal spreadsheet template. Worktag columns are driven by the template structure and tenant configuration rather than requiring a permanent company-specific template for every legal entity. Separate templates may be maintained for convenience, but Workday does not require one template per company merely because the companies use different worktag combinations.
