Hmm, I'm not sure about that. I'm leaning towards C. The administrator might have selected Shared mode instead of Shared Direct, which is required for NVIDIA GRID vGPU.

I think the issue might be because the golden image and snapshot have not been configured for NVIDIA GRID vGPU.

I think the answer is B. The golden image and snapshot must be configured for NVIDIA GRID vGPU, otherwise the option won't be available in Horizon Console.

A) Horizon 8 does not have an explicit 3D renderer option for instant clone. Select Manage Using vSphere Client in the 3D Render field. Instant-clones inherit the settings configured in the vSphere Client for the golden image.
