Not sure about D, seems like overkill to use all methods.

A and B are valid, but C is the most efficient.

Wait, can you really do it via CSV upload? That’s new to me!

I think it's definitely C, the | deleteentity command.

I definitely recall the CSV upload method, but I can't remember if it was for deleting duplicates specifically.

I’m a bit confused; could it be that all methods mentioned are correct? I feel like I saw something about that in our notes.

I think I remember something about using the entity lister page, but I'm not entirely sure if that's the only way.

I practiced a similar question, and I feel like the | deleteentity command could be a valid option too.

I'm a little confused by this question. The wording is a bit ambiguous, and I'm not sure exactly what they're looking for. I'll have to read it over a few times and see if I can figure out the best approach.

This is a tricky one. I'm not super familiar with installing Windows Server, so I'm a little unsure about the best approach here. I think I'd try the DVD option first, since that seems the most direct. But I'll definitely have the USB drive as a backup just in case.

Okay, I think I've got this. The key is understanding that this is about a "system of paying physicians based on the relative value of the services rendered." That sounds like it's describing the Resource-based Relative Value System, or RBRVS. I'm confident that's the right answer.
