Hmm, this seems straightforward. I think I'll go with option B - right click the List Gear icon and choose Configure > Columns. That should let me customize the columns displayed.

Hmm, I'm a little unsure about this one. I know schedule variance measures the difference between planned and actual schedule, but I can't remember if a positive value means ahead or behind.
