Surprised that some think it's Catalog, seems off!

Wait, isn't it supposed to be in the Catalog too?

Nope, it's not Retired yet, so Active makes sense.

I might be mixing things up, but I thought Retired was for services that are no longer in use. Active seems like the best choice here.

I feel like the Pipeline phase is for services that are still being developed, so that can't be right.

I remember a practice question about service states, and I think the Catalog phase is more about what services are available, not operational ones.

I think the service would be in the Active phase since it's operational, but I'm not completely sure.

I've got a good feeling about A - Active. That makes the most sense to me for a service that's in an operational state.

I'm a bit confused on this one. I know the phases, but I'm not 100% sure which one corresponds to operational services. I'll have to think it through carefully.

Okay, let me think this through. If the service is in an operational state, that means it's currently being used, so it would be in the Active phase. I'm going with A.

Ah, the age-old question of which service portfolio phase a service in operational state belongs to. I'll have to go with A) Active on this one. It's the obvious choice, unless you're feeling particularly 'retired' today.

This is a tricky one, but I'm gonna go with A) Active. I mean, it's not like the service is retired or in the pipeline, so it's gotta be active.

Definitely A) Active. Once a service is up and running, it's considered active, right? That's the whole point of Service Portfolio Management.

That's right, once a service is up and running, it belongs to the Active phase in Service Portfolio Management.

Yes, you're correct. A service is in the Active phase when it is operational.

Hmm, I'm not sure about this one. I was thinking it might be C) Catalog, since that's where active services are listed, but A) Active seems more logical.

I think the answer is D) Pipeline, because services in operation are part of the service pipeline for future enhancements.

I'm not sure, but I think it could also be C) Catalog, as services in operation are usually listed in the service catalog.
