Isn't Bulk Cases more about handling individual cases?

I feel like "Bulk Cases" might be related, but it doesn't seem to fit the question about HR Profiles directly.

I remember practicing a question about generating profiles, but I can't recall if it was specifically about HR Profiles or something else.

I think HR Profiles are created in the "Create Human Resources Profile" module, but I'm not entirely sure.

I’m leaning towards "Generate HR Profiles," but I also remember something about creating cases that might confuse me.

I'm a little confused by this question. Does the ServerSSL profile mean the pool members need some kind of SSL certificate, or is that handled elsewhere? I'll have to review the material on SSL profiles to be sure.

Hmm, the event log message mentions a disabled network interface, so I'm thinking it might be an issue with the iSCSI service configuration on the interface. I'll double-check option C.
