Hmm, I'm a bit torn between B and C. But I think B makes more sense - the task should go back to pending dispatch if it can't be assigned right away. Keeps things organized.

I'm going with D. The dispatcher should have a chance to review the constraints and decide if they can be overridden. Gotta cover all the bases, you know?

Option C seems like the most logical choice. If the task can't be scheduled, it should be set to an unassigned state. Easy peasy!
