I think using the Search function to type "not Resolved" could work, but I’m not entirely confident if that’s the best method.

I’m a bit confused about the right-click options. Was it "Exclude" or "Filter Out"? I can't recall the exact wording.

I practiced a similar question where we had to exclude certain values, and I feel like the Funnel icon option might be the way to go here.

I think I remember something about right-clicking on the State column, but I'm not sure if it's "Filter Out" or something else.

This is a tricky one, but I think option B is the way to go. Locating and excluding the Resolved value directly from the list of records seems like the clearest solution.

Okay, I've got this. I'd use option E and just search for "not Resolved" in the State field. That should do the trick.

I'm going to have to go with C. It's the most comprehensive and future-proof solution. Plus, it has the best name - 'AND' is just so catchy!

Option D is just weird. Why would you filter out the Resolved value instead of excluding it? That's just asking for trouble.

Option B is a bit clunky in my opinion. Having to locate and right-click on each Resolved value individually seems inefficient.

Hmm, option E is also a good choice. Searching for 'not Resolved' in the State field should give us the same result, but it's a bit more manual.
