C is the best answer in my opinion. The whole point of these surveys is to get feedback and see if you're meeting customer needs. The other choices don't seem as central to the purpose.
C is the obvious choice here. Customer satisfaction is all about understanding if you're delivering what customers expect. The other options don't seem as directly relevant.
