I feel like we discussed this in class, and it was mentioned that while the framework is fixed, teams can modify their practices. So, I’m leaning towards "No."
I'm a bit confused by this question. Scrum has a lot of defined practices, but I know it's also meant to be adapted. I'll have to think it through step-by-step to figure out the right answer.
I've got a good feeling about this. Scrum is all about being flexible and responding to change, so I'm pretty sure the answer is no, it's not immutable. I'll mark that one down.
Hmm, this is a tricky one. I remember the Scrum guide saying it's not meant to be followed dogmatically, but I'm not sure if that means it's not immutable. I'll have to review my notes.
