I’m pretty certain it’s 4 hours, but I keep mixing it up with other Scrum events.

I feel like it could be 8 hours, but that seems way too long for a retrospective.

I remember practicing a question like this, and I think it was 3 hours, but that might have been for a shorter Sprint.

I think the Sprint Retrospective for a one-month Sprint is usually around 4 hours, but I'm not completely sure.

Aha, I think the Sprint Retrospective is typically around 3 hours for a one-month Sprint. That sounds about right, so I'll go with that option.

The Sprint Retrospective is supposed to be a focused discussion, so I'm guessing it's not as long as 8 hours. I'll rule that out and see if I can narrow it down further.

Okay, I know the Sprint Retrospective is an important event in the Scrum framework, so it's likely to have a standard duration. I'll review the options and try to eliminate the less likely ones.

I'm pretty sure the Sprint Retrospective is time-boxed, so I'll eliminate the "not time-boxed" option. Now I just need to figure out the exact duration.

Hmm, I remember the Scrum Guide mentioning a recommended duration for the Sprint Retrospective, but I can't recall the exact number. I'll have to think this through carefully.

Developing an Apex class to search for and remove duplicates nightly could work, but it feels like a lot of custom code that might be difficult to maintain long-term. The Salesforce duplicate rules seem like the simplest and most sustainable option.

Wow, there's a lot of detail in these answers! I'm not sure I'll be able to remember all those specific steps and deliverables during the exam. Maybe I'll just focus on hitting the main points like getting the architecture work request, defining the scope, and securing stakeholder approval.

I think 8 hours (option D) is too long, 3 hours (option E) would be more reasonable.

I prefer option C, where it is not time-boxed and can take as long as needed.

I disagree, I believe it should be 1 hour long (option B).

I was also leaning towards option B, 1 hour. That seems like a more reasonable duration, especially if the Sprint went well and there aren't too many issues to discuss.

Wait, really? 4 hours for a one-month Sprint Retrospective? That seems like a lot. I was thinking more like 1 hour, option B.

Hmm, I'm not so sure about that. The Scrum Guide does mention that the Retrospective is a 3-hour time-box for a one-month Sprint. So I think option A, 4 hours, is the correct answer.

I'd go with option C, 'It is not time-boxed (as long as needed)'. The Retrospective should be as long as it needs to be to address the important issues and find ways to improve.

Yeah, I agree. The Scrum Guide doesn't specify a fixed duration for the Sprint Retrospective. It's probably best to keep it focused and not let it drag on.

Hmm, this question is a bit tricky. I've heard that Sprint Retrospectives are supposed to be time-boxed, but I'm not sure about the exact duration.
