From what I studied, the Scrum of Scrums is more about collaboration and resolving dependencies, so I would go with A or C, but I'm not completely certain.

I'm not entirely sure, but I feel like discussing individual tasks isn't the focus of a Scrum of Scrums. That makes me lean away from B and D.
