Wait, is it really okay to just skip the Daily Scrum?

I thought option D was interesting, but it feels a bit off. Shouldn't the Scrum Master facilitate rather than just model attendance?

I’m torn between A and B. While the Developers should own the Daily Scrum, I wonder if they really understand the impact of missing members.

I feel like I’ve seen a similar question in our practice exams. I think option C might be too direct; maybe we should focus on the team's dynamics instead.

I remember we discussed how important it is for all team members to be present at the Daily Scrum to ensure alignment. I think option B makes sense, but I'm not sure if the Developers will really engage in that conversation.

I recall a case study where the Scrum Master modeled the behavior they wanted to see. Option D could be a good approach, but I wonder if it might not be the best long-term solution.

I practiced a similar question where the Scrum Master had to intervene. I think option C could be effective, but it might come off as too direct.

I'm not sure if we should just let the team handle it themselves. I feel like option A might lead to more issues down the line if no one addresses the missing Developer.

I remember discussing the importance of team accountability in our last study group. I think option B makes sense because it encourages the team to reflect on the value of the Daily Scrum.

Hmm, I'm a bit torn here. Capture-replay could be a quick way to get some basic tests up and running, but structured scripting might be more robust long-term. I'll have to think this through carefully.

I'm not entirely sure about this one. I'll need to review my notes on Server Protect to make sure I understand the specific conditions that would trigger an alert. I don't want to guess and risk getting it wrong.

I definitely recall that proof of work is more associated with public blockchains, but I'm a bit fuzzy on whether private ones use it or not.

Hmm, I'm a bit unsure about this one. I know protectionism is a complex topic, and I'll need to think carefully about the different rationales a government might use.

I'll go with Option B as well. It's important to get the team to buy into the process, not just force them to attend. Although, a little humor might help - 'Maybe the Developer is secretly training to become the next Olympic sprint champion?'

Option C is a bit too direct. The Scrum Master should try to guide the team first before taking such a strong stance. Sometimes a gentle nudge is all it takes.

B) Ask the Developers, what value they get by having the Daily Scrum with all team members present and what might go wrong if all Developers do not attend.

A) You do not intervene. The Developers own the Daily Scrum, so they should deal with any issues with attendance.

I agree with Valene. The Scrum Master should facilitate a discussion to help the team understand the importance of the Daily Scrum. After all, it's a key Scrum event.

Option B is the way to go. Engaging the team to understand the value of the Daily Scrum is the best approach. Leaving it up to the team to address the issue might not work if they're not proactive.
