Wait, are we really expected to have something releasable by the first Sprint?

Agree, functionality first! Planning can come later.

Not sure about analyzing requirements in the first Sprint... seems too early.

I think creating an increment of potentially releasable software is key too.

Definitely should develop at least one piece of functionality!

Analyzing and documenting requirements seems like something they would do later, but I guess defining major features could be part of the first Sprint.

I feel like they shouldn't just make a plan for the rest of the project, but I can't recall what the other right choice is.

I remember we practiced a question like this, and I think developing at least one piece of functionality is important too.

I think the Development Team should definitely create an increment of potentially releasable software, but I'm not sure about the other option.

Hmm, I'm a bit unsure here. Wouldn't option D, updating the IAM policy, also work to prevent the DynamoDB table from being deleted? I'll have to think this through carefully.

This is a tricky one. I'm not entirely sure which option would be the most efficient and minimize administrative effort. I might need to review the item-level targeting options again to make sure I understand the differences between them.

Hmm, I'm not 100% sure, but I think option B, storing in Orchestrator, might be the best approach. That way the settings are centralized and easy to manage.

Ugh, permissions questions are the worst. I'll have to carefully work through the chmod command and the resulting permissions to get this right.
