I've got a hunch it's B. The ART cycle velocity just screams 'Inspect and Adapt' to me. Although, I do wonder if the answers are intentionally misleading, just to keep us on our toes.

Ugh, why do they make these exams so tricky? I'm going to go with C. Cumulative value rate seems like a good fit, but who knows with these SAFe questions.

I'm torn between B and D. Cumulative value measure sounds like it could be relevant, but I'm gonna go with the ART cycle velocity. It just feels more 'on-brand' for SAFe.

Hmm, I think it's definitely B. The ART cycle velocity is a key metric reported at the Inspect and Adapt event. SAFe loves their acronyms, don't they?
