What is one benefit of PI Planning?

Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: D

One benefit of PI Planning is that it allows for faster decision-making by bringing together all the members of the Agile Release Train (ART) and the relevant stakeholders in a face-to-face (or virtual) event. PI Planning provides an opportunity for the ART to align on a common vision and mission, review the business context and priorities, identify and resolve dependencies and risks, and commit to a realistic and achievable plan for the next Program Increment (PI). By having everyone involved in the planning process, the ART can leverage the collective knowledge and expertise of the participants, reduce ambiguity and uncertainty, and make informed and timely decisions that support the delivery of value to the customers. (Must be taken from SAFe 6 Scrum Master resources)

I studied that PI Planning helps maximize team capacity, but I can't recall if that's the main benefit they were emphasizing.

I feel like fostering cross-team dependencies is a downside, not a benefit. I might be mixing it up with another practice question.

I remember something about aligning teams to DevOps practices during PI Planning, so maybe option B is correct?

I'm a bit confused on this one. I know PI Planning is important, but I'm not sure about the specific benefits. I'll have to review my notes and see if I can eliminate some of these options.

Hmm, I'm not entirely sure about this one. I'll have to think it through a bit more. Maybe it has something to do with maximizing team capacity or faster decision-making?

This one seems pretty straightforward. I think the answer is B - it aligns the ART to established DevOps practices.

Okay, let me see. PI Planning is all about aligning the Agile Release Train, so I'm guessing the answer has to do with that. I'll go with B - it aligns the ART to established DevOps practices.

This looks like a straightforward question, I should be able to handle it. Adding the new enumeration values and modifying the switch statement seems pretty straightforward.

This is a tricky one. I'm not sure if I should focus on the security aspect or the mobile testing aspect. I'll need to think this through carefully.

This question seems straightforward, but I want to make sure I understand the differences between MRK and MRR before selecting an answer.
