I’m leaning towards facilitating backlog refinement since it seems to align with the iterative process, but I could be mixing it up with another concept.
Combining multiple stories into larger stories doesn't seem like it would help track iteration progress. I think the key is to focus on the team's ability to deliver the work they committed to.
Pushing defects to the Innovation and Planning Iteration? I'm not sure that's the right recommended practice for tracking iteration progress. I'll have to review my notes on SAFe.
Hmm, I'm a bit unsure about this one. I'll have to think it through carefully. Communicating potential missed goals or objectives could also be a good approach.
I'm pretty confident I know the answer to this one. Facilitating backlog refinement of the current iteration seems like the best way for Scrum Masters/Team Coaches to track progress.
