I'm a little confused by the wording of the options. I'll need to review my Scrum knowledge to make sure I understand the nuances of the Scrum Master's role.
I'm pretty confident I know the answer to this. The Scrum Master's job is to facilitate the team events and help the team follow the Scrum framework, so I'll go with C and D.
Ah, the eternal debate: to escalate or to facilitate? I say, why not both? The Scrum Master is like a juggler, keeping all the balls in the air. Option C is the way to go, but don't forget to also coach the team on the Scrum Framework.
Well, if the Scrum Master isn't facilitating the team events, who else is going to do it? Option C is the obvious choice here. Unless you want the team to just sit around and stare at each other during the ceremonies.
Hmm, I'm torn between C and D. The Scrum Master is definitely a coach, but they also need to facilitate the Scrum events. I'll have to think this one through a bit more.
