Surprised to learn it's not at the material level!

Really? I thought it could be done at the shipping point level.

I vaguely recall something about delivery item level being important, but I can't remember if it applies to certificates.

I feel like it could be the shipping point level, but I’m not confident. We had a case study that mentioned it.

I think we practiced a similar question where the focus was on the delivery header level. That might be the right answer here too.

I remember we discussed the different levels for creating certificates, but I'm not entirely sure which one is correct for outbound deliveries.

This seems like a straightforward application question. I'll carefully read through the options and select the one that best matches the requirement to create a certificate for an outbound delivery.

I'm a little confused by the different levels mentioned here. I'll need to review my notes on outbound delivery processes to figure out which one is the correct level for creating certificates. Gotta make sure I get this right.

Okay, I think I've got this. Based on my understanding, the certificate would need to be created at the delivery header level, since that's the highest level of the delivery process. I'll select that option.

Okay, I've got an idea. Since the data is on the Account object and they want it to show up on the Opportunity page, I think the answer is C - Cross Object Formula Field. That way, we can pull the data from the Account object and display it on the Opportunity page.

I'm a little confused on this one. I know Inventory interacts with other Oracle apps, but I can't remember the exact details of what information gets shared. I'll have to think it through carefully.

Delivery header level, for sure. Although I wish they had an 'all the above' option - that would make my life so much easier.

Delivery header level, easy peasy. Though I do wonder if they'll accept a certificate made with glitter and rainbows. Just a thought.

Delivery header level, no doubt. That's the highest level where you can create a certificate for the entire shipment.

The delivery header level is the obvious choice here. You want the certificate to cover the whole delivery, not just individual items.
