If you can't dispatch a technician with A, C, and E, then I don't know what to tell you. Might as well just send up a smoke signal and hope for the best!
I was hoping for a trick question, but these seem like straightforward answers. A, C, and E are the way to go. Now, where's the option for 'all of the above'?
The way I see it, C is a must-have for dispatching technicians. And A and E are pretty obvious choices too. Gotta love those manual workarounds, am I right?
I think the correct answers are A, C, and E. Ticket routing, SAP Field Service Management, and manual routing are all tools that can be used to dispatch a service technician.
