Cloud Kicks (CK) has hired a consultant to help enhance its current Salesforce implementation.What should the consultant do first to help CK meet its business requirements?
I remember a practice question where defining the solution was emphasized first, but that seems a bit premature without understanding the requirements.
I'm a little unsure on this one. I think I'd lean towards conducting discovery sessions first, but I'm open to other suggestions as well. Definitely want to make sure we have a solid understanding of the requirements before moving forward.
