I'm leaning towards option B. Establishing clear goals for each journey will help us measure success and identify areas for improvement. The other options feel more like surface-level analysis.
Option C might be a good starting point to get a high-level view of the activity, but I think defining goals for each journey is the way to go to really evaluate the conversion.
Definitely option B. Defining a goal for each journey will give us the clearest picture of how those data capture efforts are performing. The other options don't seem as comprehensive.
